Berlinde Karlsohn [MIA]

Though clearly in her late twenties, Berlinde has soft facial features that give her a slightly child-like appearance.  Beyond that, her appearance depends on how much Aqshy she's using at the time.  When not casting, her short hair is a light brown in color and ahngs about her face in flacid waves.  Her eyes are a dull brown, and her skin has a cool, if drab tone.  However, the presence of Aqshy makes her hair lift and blow back, and it gains a blonde sheen as the rest of her features warm.  Environmental sources of Aqshy, including fireplaces and heated arguments, produce similar results.

Similarly, Berlinde's behavior changes based on the relative presence of the Red Wind.  With dull physical features comes a dull personality.  She is lethargic and unambitious.  On the other hand, as her features brighten, her moods become much more colorful and vibrant.  Her laughter is exubrant, her words tumble quickly from her mouth, and her temper is extremely hot.  In other words, she becomes what most would expect of a Bright Wizard.

She doesn't fit the general stereotype of the fragile Wizard, but then again, many of her Order don't.  As their usual place is on the battlefield, Berlinde has undergone some martial training to augment her magical ability.  As such, she wields her staff with confidence, and her bare, tattooed arms are well-toned.

There is a rather unpleasant scar running along Berlinde's jawline.  Its jagged, broken pattern suggests the source was some kind of shrapnel.
